Hace poco os presentábamos los cupcakes, unos ricos dulces importados de E.E.U.U. Ahora es el turno de los bagels, esa especie de pan con forma de donut pero de textura y sabor algo diferentes. En pleno barrio de Chamberí/Argüelles puedes encontrarlos de fabricación casera (los hornea la propia Catherine en su local). Rellenos de jamón y queso, con huevo, salmón... e incluso algo más castizos con tortilla, membrillo o salchichón. La masa puedes elegirla con semillas de sésamo, pasas y canela, integral o su famosa "everything" (un poco de todo). También hará las delicias de los más golosos con su gama dulce: nutella y banana, mantequilla o canela, membrillo. ¿Qué ambiente vas a encontrar? Pues internacional, durante mi visita escuché hablar francés, alemán, ingles y español. En definitiva un espacio "multiculti". No te pierdas todos los detalles sobre los eventos que realizan en su web y Facebook, lo actualizan diariamente.
Recently we introduced the cupcakes, some delicious sweets imported from United States. Now is the turn of the bagels, the kind of donut-shaped bread texture and flavor but a little different.
In the neighborhood of Chamberí / Argüelles you can find homemade bagels (Catherine bakes them in its own place).
Stuffed with ham and cheese, egg, salmon ... and even with "tortilla", quince or "salchichón". The dough can be choosen with sesame seeds, raisins and cinnamon, integral and the famous "everything" (a bit of everything).
