Top healthy restaurants in Madrid of 2017.

Healthy, green, healthy restaurants… there’re many ways to call them. These are those places specializing in healthy food and suitable for all those who flee the fried and the most processed food. If your body asks for wholesome food, check out my favorite healthy restaurants in Madrid. Along with a healthy life in Madrid, you will notice how much better you feel inside and out. Greenery is rocking it!

They are not necessarily ecological or vegan restaurants, they’re simply places committed to a healthier and more natural diet. Almost all of them work with local or seasonable products so that their dishes are tasty without additives. For all those who think eating healthier is synonymous with starving, if they read this post they’ll realize how wrong they are (it happened to me).

Honest Greens

In the heart of Paseo de la Castellana there’re much more than luxury restaurants to close a deal. In the area of Azca is starting a gastronomic awakening and Honest Greens puts a green touch on the surroundings.

The place is great, with large wooden tables and greenery everywhere, simple and without posturing. For less than €20 you can eat great being celiac, vegan, carnivorous, fan of the paleo diet … and in a very tasty way.

Raw Coco

Their hits are detox juices they prepare with cold press; ultravitamin, depurative or antioxidant. The bet goes up with smoothies, milkshakes, organic teas and frappés. But they also have things with alcohol, huh? You can be eco-friendly and have a good distillate.

Here you can eat salads and toasts, which along with juices will make you hit by a good kick of vitamins. The site is very preppy, which makes it perfect for an eco and healthy afterwork. A full-blown green bar.

Sushita

You know that Japanese cuisine is one of the healthiest in the world, low in fat and based on rice, vegetables and fish. Sushita has gone one step further and has created a menu of 528 calories for all those who are taking care of themselves.

Do not be scared, it’s a complete menu made by two of the greatest experts in Biophysiology and Nutrition of Spain, which includes a tea and a minipolo of organic fruits. It has an authentic good looks and most probably one of those days I was at noon close to Sushita Miguel Ángel …

La Pagoda

Your new favorite dish is called “Salmon Poke Bowl: rice bowl with macerated salmon, batavia lettuce, wakame and Japanese mayonnaise.” Poke is a type of Hawaiian recipe that is beginning to expand by the coolest restaurants in Madrid. It consists of a salad of raw fish that has a thousand and one variants, but in La Pagoda they have found the perfect combination.

In addition to having one of the most photographed staircases on Instagram and their famous “falsos huevos rotos”, they bet heavily on healthy food with their fusion cuisine dishes from all over Asia. Post Data: do not forget its mochi!

Kiki Deli

One of the pioneers in Madrid that dominates the flavor kitche. They use in the restaurant the raw materials that they sell in the store of its street plant. All of this with a retro and vintage deco that gives it a unique character.

They only have a daily menu at noon, with dishes that change every day because their base are the highest quality foods they have on hand each day. Its base is the traditional cuisine including sumác, bulgur, tahin, spelled, kale … one of the most top sites to eating eco in Malasaña.

Organic Market & Food

Three floors, a terrace and a garden in the Serrano Street; a green multispace dedicated to the healthy way of life. An organic restaurant with a built-in store where you can buy all those hard-to-get ingredients to make your own vegan dishes at home.

Its “benedictine eggs” is slowly gaining the fame it deserves. And ey, #chivatazoMCB: very soon they’ll dedicate a sugarfree space for children’s birthday, so that not all celebrations are based on Coca-Cola, chips and scones. Yes it can.

As you can see, there are many options for healthy eating with tasty and fun dishes instead of the typical “salads”. The healthy restaurants in Madrid are proliferating and I recommend that you take the opportunity to know a lot of new ingredients and recipes that are great. Long live the green!
